We are having issues printing our work orders in Hexagon EAM when a document is attached. How do we fix that?

If you’re a cloud-based customer, odds are that you might have recently had an issue with printing any WOs with documents attached.

If that’s the case, then we have good news for you! We submitted the issue to support, and a hotfix has been applied correcting the problem as of last week. Everything should be up and running as per usual for everyone now.
