Tony Bolan, founder and CEO of DigitalThinker, has been shaping the landscape of CMMS and EAM software since 2001. Driven by a belief captured by Voltaire’s famous words, “No problem can withstand the assault of sustained thinking,” Tony established DigitalThinker to provide innovative solutions powered by relentless ingenuity. He recognized the transformative potential of HxGN EAM technology and dedicated himself to helping companies harness its power effectively.

Brandi, a Georgia State University graduate, leverages her extensive finance experience to excel as CFO. Known for her collaborative approach and dedication to excellence, she consistently drives organizational growth and success through financial analysis, risk mitigation, and strategic planning. She resides in Greenville with her family, including her beloved Great Dane, Shelby, embracing both her Atlanta roots and her new community. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys immersing herself in outdoor activities, particularly pretending to be a homesteader, bonding with fellow Jeep enthusiasts, and embarking on adventurous travels with her family. After leaving the United States Marine Corps in 2014, Tyler began his journey into the wonderful world of technology at Full Sail University, undertaking and completing a Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Software Development. Now, full of motivation and passion, Tyler operates as an in-house Technical Consultant and a Functional Consultant. His expertise in programming along with his creative mindset allow him to solve even the trickiest of problems. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing and creating video games, restoring classic cars, and fishing.

Rebecca boasts over 12 years of software implementation and training prowess, complemented by 5+ years consulting on HxGN EAM. As a Certified Functional and Technical Consultant, she’s adept at serving diverse industries like food/beverage, transportation, and utilities. Leading as DTI Academy Manager, Rebecca leverages her HxGN EAM expertise to deliver top-notch solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Beyond work, she savors leisurely strolls with her husband, indulges in poolside or beachside relaxation with a captivating book, and embraces wanderlust by exploring new destinations, embodying a well-rounded professional with a passion for both work and life.

Born and raised in Greenville, SC, Rory is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing. Rory began his career in 2017, diving into the world of EAM services with a passion for business development, sales, and marketing operations. As DigitalThinker’s HxGN EAM Client Advocate, he excels in account management and lead generation, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and solutions tailored to their needs. Outside of work, you can find Rory on the golf course, hanging out with friends, or enjoying quality time with his family.

Stephanie brings an impressive decade-long tenure in maintenance, excelling as an MRO Buyer & Stockroom Supervisor in the manufacturing realm. Renowned for her customer-centric approach, she shines in training and stockroom management within EAM. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati, Stephanie blends academic rigor with practical expertise. Prior to DigitalThinker, she followed her heart back to Ohio to be near her family. Beyond her professional prowess, Stephanie finds solace in reading, travel, and overseeing her herd of nieces and nephews. 

Dylan, with a knack for problem-solving and technical proficiency, trains as a Jr. Consultant at DigitalThinker. Under the guidance of our seasoned team, he learns best practices, functional configuration, and advanced EAM skills. Dylan looks forward to applying this knowledge to support our customers as an EAM Consultant. Outside work, he enjoys outdoor pursuits like hiking, biking, fishing, and hunting. Committed to community service, Dylan volunteers with local organizations dedicated to ecosystem restoration, preserving South Carolina’s natural splendor. 

Victor, a 2020 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Computer Science, has dedicated the past four years to mastering the technical intricacies of EAM. Now excelling as our esteemed Integrations Architect, he brings unparalleled expertise to our team. With his remarkable ability to teach complex technical concepts to just about anyone, Victor enriches both his personal and professional endeavors. Beyond work, he finds joy in culinary pursuits, indulging his passion for cooking, and unwinds with friends through lively outings. He also enjoys immersing himself in the captivating world of video games.
