About the Position

Hexagon EAM Consultants and Business Analysts at DigitalThinker collaborate with clients spanning varied industries and are skilled in tackling the toughest questions and business situations including designing new organizational processes that increase flexibility and productivity, reduce lead time and lower costs, enhance inventory handling, and track valuable assets.  You will focus on implementing Hexagon EAM while traveling to visit clients on-site, partnering with them to deliver transformational solutions that address and optimize their unique business needs and requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must showcase active listening and communication skills in order to understand the client’s needs and goals. You will be responsible for offering aligned and targeted technology solutions that will allow the client to achieve their objectives.

Now, we don’t expect you to be omnipotent or all-seeing—after all, no one has all of the answers all of the time.  With that being said, you must be willing to embrace being part of a team comprised of experienced, skilled, and like-minded people who share your passion and innovative mindset when helping clients with Hexagon EAM.

Your primary objectives are to transfer your knowledge to the clients’ EAM Champion—if there is one—and to partner alongside the client to configure the application and enable ease of use. Furthermore, you know maintenance workers and you are well aware of their path and process when entering and retrieving data into and out of the EAM application.  You recognize that this must be straight forward, intuitive, and easy.

Technical and Functional Responsibilities of an Hexagon EAM Consultant:

  • You will work with client stakeholders, management, and other consultants to design or enhance functionality in the Hexagon EAM system. You will base configurations on a system design document, design specifications, and software updates as needed.
  • You will conduct design sessions and interviews with stakeholders to assess use of the current system.
  • You will document business processes or system design changes.
  • You will consistently and passionately maintain excellent client relations and professionally meet client expectations for quality.
  • You will support sales and pre-sales staff as needed.
  • You will adhere to internal processes and procedures.
  • You are able to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment and can set priorities and meet deadlines.

Additionally, an ideal Hexagon EAM Consultant and Business Analyst will have:

  • A commitment to ongoing and continuous learning—and you are proud of your open-minded approach!
  • Fluency in the art of communication, both verbally and in written form.
  • The ability to lead, follow, and/or get out of the way, if need be.
  • A ravenous hunger to master PL/SQL and T-SQL
  • An insatiable curiosity to uncover ways where Hexagon EAM may benefit clients.
  • Skill as a builder, nurturer, and sustainer of relationships.

Therefore, our base salary with utilization bonus is generous, and will provide you with an income that consistently tops over 100K.
